I create wearable, easy to maintain styles that complement your natural beauty and lifestyle. My specialties include dry cutting for natural curl and creative solutions for grey coverage.

I am inspired by thoughtful conversation and quiet spaces alike and hold intentional space for my clients in the salon.  I especially love working with people who desire reprieve, rest, renewal, witnessing, or stillness.

Out of respect for my health, yours, and my love of the earth that nourishes us, I use ammonia, resorcinol, and ppd free hair color and organic, non-toxic products wherever possible. I work in a clean air environment and participate in a salon recycling program to reduce waste.

The makeup of my personal life has taught me to deeply value motherhood, partnership, solitude, laughter, sincerity, simplicity, sunshine, wonder, grief, honoring the body, and my own shadow.

Preparing for your vist to the salon

 

For curly cuts please come with your hair clean (day 1-2 after washing,) and free of ponytail and headband dents so I can see your natural texture and curl pattern. Avoid strong and sticky products in the hair. No twists please.

Please read appointment descriptions thoroughly before booking to ensure best results.

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have had a fever in the past 24 hours please reschedule your appointment.
